We believe that removing access barriers accelerates discovery, strengthens scholarly dialogue, and maximizes the societal and practical impact of research. All published articles are openly accessible on our website immediately upon publication.

2. License & User Rights

Unless otherwise stated, articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This permits anyone to share and adapt the work for any purpose, including commercial, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), a link to the license is provided, and changes are indicated.

3. Copyright & Author Rights

• Authors retain copyright to their work.
• Authors grant the publisher a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the article.
• Authors may share the published version (Version of Record) on personal/institutional websites and repositories, with a link to the article DOI.

4. Access, Archiving & Preservation

• Immediate access: articles are freely available upon publication (no embargo).
• Long-term preservation: the journal participates in preservation networks (e.g., PKP PN/LOCKSS).
• OAI-PMH: metadata are harvestable via https://journal.fajarpos.com/index/oai.

5. Article Processing Charges (APC) & Waivers

Biznomik may charge an APC upon acceptance to cover publication services (typesetting, copyediting, hosting). A waiver policy is available for eligible authors. Editorial decisions are never influenced by fee payments.

6. Self-Archiving & Preprints

• Preprints: Authors may post preprints anytime. Upon publication, add the citation and link the DOI.
• Accepted manuscript (postprint): may be deposited in repositories. Include citation details and DOI.
• Version of Record: may be shared under the article’s CC license, with a link to the DOI.

7. Metadata & Machine Readability

• Articles carry machine-readable license information in metadata.
• ORCID for authors and ROR for affiliations are recorded where provided.
• References (and, where applicable, data/software citations) include persistent identifiers (e.g., DOIs).

8. Third-Party Material

Some images, figures, or other third-party content may not be covered by the article’s CC license. Authors are responsible for obtaining permissions where required and for clearly crediting the rights holder. Reusers must check any credit lines and seek permission when needed.

9. Compliance & Open Science

• Our OA policy aligns with community best practices and is compatible with many funder mandates.
• We encourage open data/code in trusted repositories (e.g., Zenodo, OSF, Figshare) with persistent identifiers.
